From day one, giving has been a part of Thrive’s DNA. When we first started, this meant matching every purchase with a product donation. As we gave more, our relationships with our incredible partners grew. They told us how our giving could make a major impact on women’s lives, even if our donations didn’t always come in the form of a product. It was time to think outside the turquoise box. Now, we practice responsive giving to support a wide range of partners—and thanks to our loyal customers (aka the #ThriveCommunity), we are able to give more than ever before. Everyone who purchases a product becomes part of our mission to give back.

Responsive giving means that we listen to nonprofits and contribute in ways that best address their needs. This allows us to support a wide range of partners in the way that will help them the most.
When you purchase a product, our partner nonprofits will either receive that exact same product, another Thrive product they need more, or a cash donation.
We match every purchase with either products or funds.

We are proud to partner with incredible organizations across the country to bring the power of beauty to women overcoming remarkable challenges. Thrive works with dozens of partner organizations that empower women who are fighting cancer, surviving domestic abuse, emerging from homelessness, or adjusting to life outside the uniform.
Thrive’s philanthropy team identifies great nonprofits that help women thrive and works closely with them to make sure our donations are making an impact. We also take suggestions from our Thrive Community (see below).
