Prom Night Made Possible with Positive Results Center
Prom is a milestone we all remember. It's a night to feel seen, celebrated, and confident, and every student deserves that experience, regardless of their circumstances.
On April 25, 2026, we had the honor of helping make that dream a reality. We teamed up with our longtime Giving Partner, Positive Results Center (PRC), at their annual Prom Dress and Tux Gift-Away in Los Angeles to help over 800 students step into their prom night feeling like their most confident selves. And it's because of you that we get to be part of moments like this one.

A Day of Prom Magic
The energy was electric from the moment the doors opened. Students and their families arrived to find racks of gowns in every size (0–30), tuxedos, suits, shoes, and accessories, all free of charge. Over the course of the day, 800 students had the opportunity to find the perfect outfit, try on shoes, and leave feeling prom-ready and confident.
Our volunteers helped with every aspect of prom day, from styling and personal shopping to check-in support and makeup application. We led multiple prom makeup masterclasses throughout the day, teaching students application techniques and sending them home with their own Thrive Causemetics products, ensuring they felt empowered and confident for a fun night out.

About Positive Results Center
Positive Results Center is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing and disrupting cycles of domestic violence, sexual abuse, dating violence, and bullying among youth and teens. Through trauma-informed, community-driven programming, PRC supports underserved youth and families with mental health education, leadership development, art-based healing, and community events like this one.
Their annual Prom Dress and Tux Gift-Away is a beloved tradition built on a simple but powerful belief: financial barriers should never stand between a student and their prom experience.

Our Partnership with Positive Results Center
Positive Results Center has been an incredible Thrive Causemetics Giving Partner since 2019. Over the course of our partnership, we have donated over $1 million in Thrive Causemetics products to support their programs and the youth and families they serve. Together, we have brought our mission to life through Prom Dress Gift-Aways, makeup masterclasses, and other community activations that help young people feel seen, empowered, and celebrated.
At Thrive Causemetics, all of our products are named after inspiring people who are making a real impact on the world. We are proud to have honored two incredible leaders from PRC through our Namesake Program. Kandee, PRC's Executive Director, is the inspiration behind our Triple Threat™ Blush Stick in shade ‘Kandee’. Her daughter Vanessa, Director of Education, inspired our EmpowerGloss™ Ultra-Glossy Lip Serum in the bright cherry shade. These amazing women are positively impacting so many lives, and we are honored to have them as part of the Thrive Causemetics family. When you choose these products, you are celebrating the women behind them and the communities they champion.

Beauty That Goes Beyond the Surface
Watching students light up as they found their dress, tried on their first pair of heels, or saw their prom makeup look come together are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. Beauty is more than products. It's confidence. It's dignity. It's showing up for your big night, knowing you are worthy of it.
None of this happens without you. When you shop with Thrive Causemetics, you are directly funding experiences like this one, and giving students the chance to walk into prom feeling celebrated and seen. That is the heart of what we mean when we say we are Bigger Than Beauty.
We are endlessly grateful to the entire Positive Results Center team for welcoming us into this event year after year, and for the work they do every single day to uplift and protect the youth in their community.
