Meet Racquel - the inspiration behind our Brilliant Eye Brightener™ (Soft Silver Shimmer) shade! 

Racquel Chariah is a cancer survivor and the Executive Director of our long-time Giving Partner, Self Esteem Rising. She has dedicated herself to bettering the lives of young women through her work with the Hance Family Foundation and their suite of programs. As Executive Director of Self Esteem Rising, Racquel has helped tens of thousands of women and girls across the country develop genuine confidence.

Racquel said, "I survived cancer for a purpose greater than myself.  A purpose I don’t take lightly.  So today, even if one person is impacted because of this incredible honor by Thrive Causemetics® and the mission of the Hance Family Foundation, my purpose is served."

Self-Esteem Rising is a program of the Hance Family Foundation that fosters the development of self-esteem, self-worth, positive self-talk, accurate self-perception and improved body image & social relationships. The Hance Family Foundation was created from Warren and Jackie Hance's love for their daughters Emma, Alyson and Katie. They have channeled their traumatic grief and loss into sharing their foundation’s mission and original self-esteem programs because their girls lived with enthusiastic confidence.
