Celebrating Juneteenth with YOU

On June 19th, we donated 100% of our profits to the charitable organizations YOU nominated that are passionate about racial + social justice and are advancing African-American and Black communities.

We narrowed down the nominations to select 23 charitable organizations who are addressing racial disparities + inequities across a spectrum of issues, including our 4 every day causes: cancer, domestic abuse, homelessness + military service—all issues that have a disproportionate impact on African-American and Black communities due to racism, systemic barriers limiting economic opportunities + a lack of access to proper healthcare in our country.

With your help and for the first time in company history, we donated to 23 organizations in one day. Thanks to YOU, each of the participating organizations received a $5k donation.

Thank you for joining us in commemorating Juneteenth as a day of celebration + day of service, to honor the news of emancipation and the end of the Civil War finally reaching Texas, more than two years after Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation. While this day marks a day of freedom, we also acknowledge the continued anti-racist work needed to make it a reality.

Thank you to our #ThriveCausemeticsFamily who collaborated with us to make this Juneteenth celebration possible. To all of our customers who connected with us– thanks to your input, we formed several new Giving partnerships + friendships with incredible organizations and inspiring community leaders across the U.S that are working tirelessly to uplift African-American and Black communities!

We donated 100% of profits from all purchases to the following organizations in support of racial + social justice and advancing African-American and Black communities:
